Biography

Ms. Huss is a vocal instructor, music director, and singer. Her teaching philosophy stems from knowing her students' individual and unique needs and goals. Most of all, she aims to promote healthy music making that will continue to inspire students. She takes pride in having a wide range of students with varying backgrounds and interests. She wants her students to feel prepared for where their love of music takes them.
 
She obtained a graduate performance diploma from the Peabody Institute, and she has two masters degrees in vocal performance and music theory pedagogy from the Peabody Institute. She graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance. Currently, she is a voice instructor at St. Croix Preparatory Academy. She has been teaching privately since 2015 and vocal directing high school and community theater since 2019.

She is spending the fall semester of 2024 teaching studio voice lessons at Concordia College as an adjunct faculty member.
